How to transfer the digital print to blank products

1. Cut & Prep transfers

โœ‚๏ธ Prepping Multiple Designs on One Transfer Sheet

๐Ÿงพ If your transfer sheet has multiple designs, it's best to cut out each one individually.

โœ‚๏ธ Trim around each design carefully to keep things neat and easy to apply.

2. measure & mark print placement

๐Ÿงต Use a ruler, T-square, or alignment tool to measure and mark your desired print location on the garment.

๐ŸŽฏ Accuracy here ensures a professional finish!

3. Place print as desired

๐Ÿงบ Cotton: Pre-press for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture.

๐Ÿงต Polyester: Pre-press only if there are wrinkles.

๐Ÿ“ Carefully position the transfer on the garment.

4(A). Heat & pressure (using a Heat Press)

๐Ÿ‘• Cotton Garments

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Temp: 300–310°F

โฑ๏ธ Time: 12–15 seconds

๐Ÿค Pressure: Medium to Firm

โ„๏ธ Let it cool slightly, then ๐Ÿงป peel warm or cold

๐Ÿ“„ Repress with parchment paper or a finishing sheet for 10 seconds — โœจ this step is very important for DTF!

๐ŸŒˆ Polyester Garments

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Temp: 280–290°F

โฑ๏ธ Time: 10–12 seconds

๐Ÿค Pressure: Medium

โ„๏ธ Let it cool briefly, then ๐Ÿ”„ peel warm or cold

๐Ÿ’ฅ Repress for 8–10 seconds after peeling

๐ŸŽฝ Nylon Garments

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Temp: 260–270°F

โฑ๏ธ Time: 8–10 seconds

๐Ÿค Pressure: Medium

โ„๏ธ Cool briefly, then ๐Ÿ”„ peel warm or cold

๐Ÿ” Repress for 5–8 seconds

 

4(B). Heat & pressure (using a household iron)

โš ๏ธ Note: A heat press is strongly recommended for best results. However, if using an iron:

 

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Set iron to Cotton/Linen (High Heat, No Steam).

๐Ÿ“ Place design and cover with parchment paper.

๐Ÿ’ช Apply firm, even pressure for 12–15 seconds per section — don’t slide the iron!

๐ŸŒ€ Repeat until entire design is pressed.

๐Ÿ’จ Let cool briefly, then peel warm or cold.

๐Ÿ”„ Cover and repress for 10 seconds with parchment paper.

 

5. remove transfer sheet

 

โ„๏ธ Let the garment cool for a few seconds.

๐Ÿ’ซ Peel the film while warm or wait longer and do a cold peel — both methods work.

๐Ÿ“„ Don’t forget to repress with parchment paper to seal the design!

6. after care! 

(for fabrics/apparel)

 

โณ Wait 2–3 days before washing or stretching.

๐Ÿงบ Turn inside out and wash with mild detergent.

โ„๏ธ Use cold water (30°C) and medium spin.

๐Ÿšซ No bleach or fabric softeners.

๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Tumble dry low or

๐Ÿงบ Hang dry for best longevity.
